Pro series (hydroxyprolinol-based) updates

Primetech launches the updated series of Pro-phosphoramidites based on hydroxyprolinol backbone:

HEX, FAM, JOE, azide, alkylacetylene, amino-modifier, X-biotin and cholesterol.

Highlights:

- making use of uncleaved DMT-protection: purification of labeled oligonucleotides on OPC cartridges

- multiple labeling: 3'-,5'-terminal and internal label incorporation during oligo synthesis

- high coupling efficiency.

We keep the prices for the Pro-amidites mostly the same as for the common modifying phosphoramidites.
