Usage

Dilution: dilute 100 mg of Cholesterol phosphoramidite Pro in
0.87 mL of 10% THF in anhydrous acetonitrile to obtain 0.1M solution. Swirl occasionally over several minutes until product is completely dissolved

Oxidation: standard iodine solution

Coupling: 15 minute coupling time

Deprotection: cleave and deprotect as required by nucleobases
