Do not forget to mention the details of your organization, bank details and your contact information (phone and e-mail)

To purchase our oligonucleotides there is also an oppotunity to use our on-line form.
After filling in short registration form you will be able to order oligonucleotides. Using our on-line form gives you a unique possibility to trace your order.

Payment

Shipping and Returns

The shipment is performed by courier service(FedEx, DHL, TNT, Dimex). Typically, it will take not more than 7 days from ordering to receiving of your order. The delivery by FedEx 50 Euro to Europe, Asia, USA.
Our return policy allows for full refund during 30 days from your order. In case of late delivery, exceptions to this rule can be done to prolong this period. In unlike case of your dissatisfaction, you are not required to explain the reason for return. Although, you are very appreciated to, since it could help us to improve our service. In case of refund, you will be asked to send the product back to our company.
