Primetech present two new products for bioconjugation by means of “click”- chemistry

These two activated (NHS) esters allow introducing azido- and terminal alkyno-function into proteins, peptides or amino-modified oligonucleotides for the subsequent conjugation with each other as well as with fluorescent dyes, modified nano-particles or for immobilization onto modified surfaces. 

 

Cat. No. 1413: 4-oxo-4-(3-(prop-2-ynyloxy)-propylamino)-butanoic acid oxysuccinimide ester 

 

Cat. No. 1414: 4-(2-(2-azidoethoxy)ethylamino)-4-oxobutanoic acid oxysuccinimide ester 

 

The compounds are water-soluble. Both of them are featured with longer linker arm (10 atoms between functional groups) of high flexibility and enhanced hydrophilicity.
