New product! Azide-modified CPG — a solid support for 3'-azide oligonucleotide synthesis

Primetech ALC now offers azide-modified controlled pore glass for convenient automated synthesis of 3'-azide oligonucleotides.
 
This solid support contains non-nucleoside linker which allows introduction of N3-group into 3'-terminus under standard DNA synthesis conditions. Obtained azide-modified oligonucleotides are suitable for further click modification with alkyne containing molecules.

Usage
 
Azide-modified CPG can be used under standard conditions provided by manufacturer. Ammonia deprotection at room temperature for 24 h or at 60 °C for 6 h is recommended. After deprotection, trityl-on and trityl-off oligonucleotides can be purified by HPLC and/or PAGE.
