MitoLumina - NEW RANGE OF PRODUCTS

Primetech now offers a new range of products - MitoLumina. MitoLumina is a cell-permeant carbocyanine fluorescent dye specifically designed for labeling active mitochondria in live cells. It contains a mildly thiol-reactive chloromethyl group that allows it to covalently bind to mitochondrial proteins, ensuring retention even after cell fixation and permeabilization.

MitoLumina belongs to the same class of mitochondria stains as MitoTracker Deep Red FM but has slightly shifted excitation and emission maxima. It can be applied in cell biology, neuroscience, and cancer research to visualize mitochondrial morphology, distribution, and dynamics.
