        Highlights:
 
  • - allow introduction of two or three terminal alkyne groups into 3'-,5’-terminus and inside the chain under standard DNA synthesis conditions;
  • - contain long hydrophilic linkers;
  • - solid supports (CPG) and phosphoramidites;
  • - bis-/trisalkyne oligonucleutides are suitable for further click modification with azide containing molecules including biotin, cholesterol, N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) and other labels.

P.S.: It was also developed a new simple solid-phase CuAAC procedure for the preparation of highly branched oligonucleotide conjugates in high yields with a minimal consumption of reagents.
