Usage

Dilution: dilute 100 mg of 6-TAMRA phosphoramidite in
0.86 mL of anhydrous acetonitrile to obtain 0.1M solution

Oxidation: standard iodine solution is recommended

Coupling: 3 minute coupling time is recommended

Deprotection: use “TAMRA-coctail” (t-BuNH₂:MeOH:H₂O 1:1:2) at 60°C overnight
