Usage

Dilution: dilute 100 mg of By-3 phosphoramidite in 1.2 mL of anhydrous acetonitrile to obtain 0.1M solution

Oxidation: 0.02 M iodine is recommended

Coupling: 3 minute coupling time is recommended

Deprotection: 24 hours at room temperature in conc. ammonia is recommended
